The Wording to the right of the featured image (usually “Welcome” in the site as initially setup for you) can be changed should you need to change them.
The words are automatically placed from the “slug” for the page of the uppermost parent. Each word is capitalized, and hyphens in the slug become spaces. If you try using an acronym, only the first letter will be in Caps.
If you want to change the words, you only need to change the “slug” for the page. Note that this only works for top level pages. Pages that have parents will still display the words from the parent page slug. The slug is shown in the page editor, below the editing window.
